Starting at $800/night
Summer High Season (6/1-9/30): starting at $900/night
Winter High Season (11/15-3/31): starting at $900/night (holidays excepted)
Ironman and Holiday Weeks (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, etc): Please Inquire for pricing
Minimum Stay: 5 nights
Linen Services and Cleaning Fee: $600 per stay
Hawaii Taxes: 17.96%
Cancellation Policy:
>60+ days from arrive date: 100%
30-60 days from arrive date: 50%
<30 days: $0 unless booked with other guests
